Julia Petrini

Diligence, reliability, creativity, innovation, and understanding of true customer service are all qualities that have been associated with Ms. Petrini throughout her extensive career in operations, marketing and communications. Julia is a versatile executive with extensive domestic and international experience in store openings, staffing, training and staff development. She has a unique strategic ability to pursue new business opportunities and grow brands with a focus on taste and long-term sustainability.

Julia Petrini works presently as the Director of Spas for the Greenwich Hospitality Group in Greenwich CT. Previously, Julia was the Chief Operating Officer for Rescue Spas and Shop Rescue Inc. She is in charge of running the day-to-day operations of two very successful day spas in Philadelphia and NYC, along with the Retail Development, E-commerce and B to B operations. From 2014 until 2019 Julia was The Head of Talent and Store Operations for Heyday Wellness. Along with the co-founding team of Heyday, Julia helped create a facial shop concept built to solve a problem and address a need, healthy skincare routine that is convenient, accessible and efficacious. Prior to Heyday, Julia was the SVP of Operations for Bliss and Remede Spas for Starwood Hotels, VP of Marketing for Red Door Spas and The Global Spa Director for La Prairie Spas.
