Serish Venkata Gandikota is an Honorary Fellow at Cambridge Judge Business School (CJBS) and co-founder of the Frugal AI Hub at CJBS. He advises governments, institutions, and companies on Frugal AI – scaling AI within cost, compute, energy, and governance constraints. A Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, his expertise spans frugal innovation, AI adoption, and impact investing. Over a decade, he has guided ventures across Europe, India, and Africa, and co-founded InnoFrugal in 2013. Previously, he did climate and glacier research, conducting fieldwork in Svalbard. He is based in Cambridge, England.
